= Character History =
'''Michael White''' was the son of a gang enforcer. Looking to make a better name for himself, he joined the [[Paragon City Police Department]] to help clean up the city, but found out the hard way that it was a losing effort.

Following the lead set by his friend [[Blue Steel]], Michael put on a mask and began working as a vigilante, using the abilities he acquired to clean up the streets as the '''Back Alley Brawler'''.

As the leader of the '''Regulators''', he was instrumental in breaking up several gangs and putting a serious dent in drug distribution, especially in the designer drug [http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Superadine Superadine].

He retired from active service in the 90's, but was thrown back into combat with the Rikti Invasion of 2002. As one of the "Surviving Eight" heroes, he became a member of the reorganized '''Freedom Phalanx''' to help restore order and rebuild the city.

He currently holds a semi-retired status, spending his time more with helping new heroes improve themselves in the '''Galaxy City''' district.
