	Almost a year later, Mot's influence tried to resurface when MidKnight X was confronted by his one-time teammate, [[Ryder Lightning]]. Cass was able to bring Pharon back to Kings Row to finally purge Knight of all of Mot's dark power. While Knight recovers, Cass is spending more of her time keeping Kings Row secure, but this time with help from other Guardians. 			As conflicts rise between registered heroes and members of law enforcement, Syn was being asked to help both a now-depowered Jason Knight and the Guardians. Eventually she would be taking an active role against the corrupt officers of the [[Blue Dog Squad]] when they try to kill both [[TashaTiger]] and [[Streetangel]].

			==[[Task Force Twilight]]==
			Before Jason Knight could create a task force to take on the Blue Dog Squad, his badly-burned body was found in the sewers by [[Sin Stalker]]. Stalker broke the news to Syn and had a pre-recorded message played from Jason asking her to not seek vengeance against his death, but instead use his information to create a [[Task Force Twilight\|task force]] that would take down the corrupt cops.

			Syn used the information Jason gathered to bring together a small team of heroes that she believed would help her do just that.
